About Sarah Saunders

Sarah is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Auburn University and a strong background in the industry, including eight years working with lenders and banks on the legal side of real estate in Nashville, Tennessee. Since moving to Steamboat Springs, Colorado in 2021, she has been an integral member of a top-producing team, earning accolades such as the 2022 and 2023 International President’s Elite, #85 Small Teams by Volume in Colorado, and multiple top team awards. In 2024, she joined Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, the leading independent brokerage firm in Colorado, at their new downtown Steamboat office, where she was honored with the 2025 Broker’s Choice Award for Standard of Excellence, a peer-voted recognition for outstanding performance, marketing expertise, community involvement, and professional dedication. Known for her personable nature, strong work ethic, and client-focused approach, Sarah excels at building trust and delivering tailored solutions to meet her clients’ needs. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, exercising, and spending time with her husband, Jimmy, and their 5-year-old son, Banks.
